1. Must be born a female to compete in LHBF!

2. Bad Sportsmanship will Not be tolerated! you will be ask to leave without refund!

3. If you want to compete with a specific number you must send in your entry fee! Please send in your entry as soon as possible if something is not donated then we have to purchase it, so please send it in asap

4. The age groups are done they will not be split! allowing only 20 per division!

5. 100% Natural only for ages 0-11, 12 & up Full hair & Make-up is allowed,

Attire 0-11 Sunday Best, 12 & up Pageant Wear only

we are doing this to help benefit St Jude that is why we are having natural for 0-11 years

6. Pre-Teen,Teen, Ms/Mrs or Woman cannot compete for another fair or festival title unless it is with 30 days before giving up.  If it is not within the 30 days you do not have my permission to do so.

7. A portion of proceeds bensfits St Jude Children's Research Hospital!

8. Entry fee! 0-11 $50($10 late fee is paying day of pageant).  Teen, Miss, Ms/Mrs $65 ($10 late fee if paying day of paegant).

9. If hair & Make-up artist is attending please let me know so that i can put your info on the website!

10. "Miss" must sign a contract, if under 21 Parent/Guardian must sign Miss, Teen. Ms/Mrs & Woman Queens must acknowledge that they are aware that if you were to win, you cannot compete for another Fair or Festival in the State of Louisiana unless it is within the 30 days of giving up and approved by me.

15.  We want our Queens  to represent La Honey Bee Festival and St Jude Children's research Hospital. I have had so many calls wanting to win this title because of what it represents and they LOVE the crown (I do too). I send invites to everyone its up to you to represent the title or not. But None of us get paid this is all Volunteer basic. So we want a group of winners that truly want the title for what it represents. I have had queens this year that are from as far away as Lake Charles, or slidell actually from north La, South La, east La & West La. I have queens from the whole state. That is why we are OPEN to the State. When competing for the title Please if you only want the title for the Crown DON'T compete. I want Queens that WILL travel.

win one of the teen & up groups you are NOT allowed to bash any person (queen or otherwise) on those tabloid boards, if caught there will be consequences. (someone will tell) I want the winners to enjoy there title, you can ask any queen in the present or past, I am very honest, I do not get into your business, you are required to go to 15 events. you are old enough to know what is right from wrong..Throughout your reign I might not see you every weekend, but I do get updates from others. If you win and when you attend other events as the LHBF Queen, you are to represent yourself as a queen. If you are at a pageant, watching someone compete I do expect you to set and watch without talking (last year there was several girls making fun of the contestants on stage at Honey Bee. I expect visiting queens when in crown & banner to watch LHBF pageant, you was in the same shape as the ones competing). This was brought to my attention after the pageant. Yes I know who you are. so please if any queens attends representing there festival, have the same respect that was showed to you when you competed
